What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Newport Beach

I live around successful and happy people. I love the privacy and all of the amenities. we have basketball, tennis, spa, and much more.

There are great restaurants, shopping, and we are close to the beach. My residence unity had a lot of great amenities like a pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts, et

I like there is a corner store 3 blocks away. I like thats there is a dollar store 4 blocks away its very convenient to have stores close cause when ghetto people live in your neighbor hood i cant dribe to the store now i gotta walk cause my car windows are broken out ans i Cant afford to fix them

Great location for medical, shopping and beaches. Also close to restaurants like local Sushi restaurants. Fast food available like KFC, Subway, Wendy's.

My neighborhood is nice and quiet. I like the local businesses. I like going to the local restaurants.

Convenient to doctor's, grocery stores, nice neighbors, public transportation. Near the beaches. Like being next to the high school where you can watch high school sports.

All About

Living in Newport Beach, CA

Renowned throughout Orange County and the entire country, Newport Beach has plenty to offer for apartment residents desiring fun in the sun, a bevy of attractions and gorgeous sights.

Newport Beach is spectacularly popular among tourists looking to get a look at the fabulous homes and stately mansions that comprise some of the community's more affluent sections, but apartment residents appreciate the city for its laid-back lifestyle and wealth of amenities. For instance, its waterside location gives apartment residents no shortage of aquatic activities. Many are found populating historic Newport and Balboa piers, or taking the Balboa Island Ferry out to the famous Balboa Pavilion, which in the past hosted prominent big band performances but today serves as a recreational facility and has a popular restaurant.

Newport Beach is also known among apartment renters and fashionistas around the country as a style hub, and shopping enthusiasts flock to Fashion Island. The open-air mall features a handful of famous designer stores and big-name retailers, and its annual Christmas tree lighting has for years attracted crowds from around Orange County. The tree at Fashion Island has generally been among the nation's tallest, according to mall officials.

Sports fans also thrill in visiting the Newport Sports Museum, which holds 10,000 pieces of incredible memorabilia, including Babe Ruth's last home run ball and Wayne Gretzky's 900th goal puck. Apartment residents desiring a taste of high culture can also visit the Orange County Museum of Art, which has called Newport Beach home since 1996 and features mostly Californian pieces from the early 20th century through the present day.
