          They dont respond to my emails even though the woman (Vivanna) said in her email to email her if I have any questions . This is the the second time the workers came too early to my apartment to work on it when we asked for them to come after 10am. So theres no communication between them and the people working on the apartment. They come too early, wake me up and its infuriating and inconvenient for me. We already requested that they come after 10 but they knock on the door much earlier than that.

          If I could leave ZERO stars I would. They double talk when it is time to sign a lease and the actual time to sign a new lease. We moved in in March and signed a five month lease. We were told, 'no problem if we want to stay longer' and the rent would remain the same. LIE!! Our rent went up about $800 for the last two months. THEN!! When I re-upped our lease for the two months, they did not mention I had to do something online, giving them license to charge me for an additional month of $3600!! (The gal who does my hair, told me Monarch did the same to her friend when they moved out.)
