A very nice gated community. Safe. Only drawback was its proximity to the railway tracks with train engine horn and noise.

The place is very beautiful. Though all of it is over shadowed by the noisy train and other tenants. The train blares its horn from 6pm all the way 5:55am. It takes several months just to get use to even then it's difficult to sleep on your days off knowing you can expect the train to sound it's horn every 45 minutes at night.

To make matters worse, neighbors have drunken loud parties during the weekdays till 2am. Security seemed to be nonexistent or afraid to confront loud parties. Though they were very active during the holiday to ticket vehicles that were there for more than an hour. In some incidents I heard from several other residents that they were ticketed while having a their pass displayed.

The office team within the apartments is very helpful and kind when any concerns was brought to their attention. I would only ask they monitor the pool area a little more as during the spring and summer times. One or 2 residents would abuse the 2 visitors rule and continuously have a party of 10 or 12 at the pool. They would also take all grills and shades seats for the party. After a month of this it makes the pool an unenjoyable place to stay at because there's drinks being passed around in and out the pool. Also the pool becomes so congested by a single party you are forced to sit on the steps just to cool down.

Overall, it's a shame we are moving out of the complex but all these nuisances dont equate to the price we are paying for our 2 bedroom apartment. I would love to come back if all these issues were resolved.
