Nice and convenient. Great staff.
The landscaping and the Beautiful presentation in the front of the building is quite eye-catching. The fountain is one of the main reasons we decided to view these apartments.
If you are thinking about moving into this complex you should consider moving somewhere else. If you do decide to move in to this complex you should probably move to the third floor because if you live under someone you will hear every step they take while they are walking around their apartment since the floors between the apartments are so thin. They also don't enforce the policy on picking up after your pet even when you call them multiple times to ask them to do something about it, so expect it to smell like a dirty bathroom during summer. The maintenance response time is also ridiculously long. It took them a month to repair a broken window and when I mentioned it again they're only response was sorry we forgot to put it in the system. Also they make you pay for damages from their untrimmed trees to your windows and screens. The Assistant property manager is also very unwelcomimg and unprofessional and comes at you very aggressively when you walk in the door so if you can avoid having to speak or deal with her it would probably be for the better. I do understand every experience is different and yours might be but I only had issues and unneeded stress from them especially when moving out so keep that in mind when looking into this place.
it's perfect because it close to stores , restaurants and easy access to the freeway :) they also accept pets and have cute potty stations to pick up after your pup around the complex :)
