This has been a great experience for renting an apartment. I looked at many different apartments but Avalon Mountain View was the best one out of all. I was able to move in when i wanted to, the process was very simple and the staff was the most helpful I have met. I would recommend everyone I know to live here, it is amazing!
We absolutely love living at Avalon Mountain View! Our apartment is newly renovated with beautiful cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathroom as well as new appliances in our kitchen - which is great because we love to cook! The floor plan really makes the best use of the square footage - my husband and I live very comfortably in the 1 bedroom plan. We also really like the common areas, especially the grills near the pool and the dog run. Our dog, Stella, loves to be off the leash so it's really nice to have that option at a site within our own complex. Finally, the office staff has been tremendously helpful with everything so far.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
