What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Moreno Valley

I like the proximity to stores and restaurants. I like that it is well lit. I also feel that alot of the people that are in my apartment complex are friendly.

Theres hiking trails with a view of the city at the end , good restaurants a small community everyone knows eachother and neighbors get together for festivities

I like that it is between elementary, middle, and high school so it is more convenient to walk to and from school. The mall is a bit far, but it's walkable as well. Convenience stores are nearby too

Know people around corner, close to work, schools and stores. For the most part it is not bad. Mostly families who are working to pay house and bills.

there is nothing particular I like, my husband owned this house before I met him so I had no say in it

Groceries like stater brothers and fast food like popeyes are like walkable. It is not very crowded so it sometimes good to talk short walks at side walks in the mornings
