Amalifi is one of the modern community where all facilities are given like swimming pool, spa, gym. uniqueness is conference room. All apartments are well furnished and individuals are provided with washing machine. One of best thing is maintenance and cleanliness.Last but not least, staff is courteous & very responsive and of helping nature.I am proud to be a part of this community.

Horribly constructed apartments with noise complaints galore. The Vinyl wooden flooring is extremely thin and proivides no noise isolation. In addition, the parking situtation is horrendous. The visitor parking is simply non-existent. 5 spaces for 100+ apartments? Is that some kind of a joke? And, those slots are almost never available. So, lease here only if you never want to have any visitors. Even the primary parking requires you to drive up 5-6 floors everytime through an extremely narrow alley. The apartment has beautiful and new amenities and all of that is useless because the rest of the construction of the apartment is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately it has many issues. Most intolerable issue is that noise isolation is veryvery poor. The noise from nearby construction area is so loud from Mon to Sun and management office is not willing to provide any solution to it.

So we moved in to this apartment just a month ago and it really has been GREAT!! Nice, clean & new in and out. Units are beautifully designed and we really could see & feel what we are paying for. Guest parking is a challenge but Im sure management is constantly working to improve the known issue. I couldn tell much about the management yet, but they were pretty nice and kind while we were moving in. Only issue is that, we got complaint from downstairs neighbor about noise caused by jumping/stomping/walking whatsoever. We are very sorry... yet, we felt a little bad coz God knows how I try to keep my toddler in control! Now, if his occasional dancing/falling toys/running/jumping offends our neighbors... arent we also supposed to complain our upstairs neighbor who creates the same irritating noise? I WONT! I mean, comon!!! Our apartments arent sound proof, esp our floors, so we better accept the fact that we will hear footsteps ( big or small). Unless maybe u live at the top floor or in an individual house or maybe in the mountains?? (Sarcasm) Its just ridiculous... Whave been bearing with our upstairs neighbors giant footsteps and dropping things and occasional running bcoz I find it NORMAL for living in multiple stories apartments. We will be mindful of our noise moving forward... but we also hope residents to be a little more considerate and open-minded instead of making so much fuzz about noises.

We have lived in many other communities before but never had such a bad moving out experience. We are highly disappointed with the Amalfi's move out process. Firstly, we got our whole apartment inspected 15 days in advance of our move out date. We were not told about extraordinary cleaning expenses at that time, especially bathtub scaling? The associate inspected our room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. He didn't mention anything about expenses. What was surprising to us was when he said: "Amalfi is going to charge you money even if the apartment is clean so leave it as is, don't clean when you move out." This clearly indicates that even their associate agrees on the unfair practices followed by Amalfi. After staying in the apartment for 2 years, there is going to be regular wear and tear. Landlord asking to pay for every small thing is unfair (eg. Stove top dips, cabinet paint etc). Also, Amalfi charged us a big sum of money for bathtub scaling. We were first movers, so everything was new, but now at the time of moving out they said that everything should be as it was at the time of moving, "did they mean brand new", else they are charging money for everything. We have made a "refundable deposit" at the time of signing the lease; there was even no mention of even possibility of getting our money back. At this point, we have found that there are at least two more residents that recently moved out and have been given the same reasons to gobble up the deposit and charge on top of it. This seems more and more like a tactic to make more money than actually cleaning. For just regular wear tear for 2-year occupancy landlord asking for everything is not right.
