At first glance it's very nice looking and well maintained, but the price is not worth it. The walls and floors are not sound proof at all. The building is advertised as smoke free but is NOT. The ownership is more concerned with selling parking spaces to surrounding business then the security of residents, leaving the gate open all day to anyone. At this price point LA has better options available.

Overall it's a very secure, clean and private place to live. However, at times it is too noise and much too expensive for small apartment style living space.
