The Mansfield at Miracle Mile

24 days without hot water and the management offers a $500 rent concession to be paid 16 months from now and only if we renew the lease. Things constantly break in this building, there's constant construction and there have been 5 leasing managers within 5 months. They charge luxury apartment prices but are far from luxury. This building is extremely poorly managed. Avoid!

If you are in the market for a premium priced apartment community, I strongly urge you to pass on The Mansfield if strong customer service, integrity and respect are qualities from management that are important to you. If you want to pay for a luxury rental and risk being disrespected and embarrassed by management and forced to argue with their lawyers, by all means come to The Mansfield. I have lived at The Mansfield for 7 months and have another 11 months remaining on my lease. This review is not from a disgruntled former tenant sending parting shots on their way out the door. This review is from a current resident who will be experiencing The Mansfield in real time for the next year. My experience with The Mansfield leasing office (particularly community manager Stefanie) and corporate management (Stefanie's supervisor Aaron) is easily the worst residential leasing experience I've encountered in my 15+ years leasing apartments. Further, my experience at The Mansfield is the most execrable customer service experience I've encountered with a paid product or service, in my entire life.

Great building. Great leasing staff. Large units and a great area. Would highly recommend!

moved in on the 10/08/2020 and it has been 5 days no central AC. management is rude and condescending; stephanie at the leasing office needs an attitude check. do not live here - overpriced with horrible service and maintenance is 3rd party vendor so everything takes forever to get fixed. avoid at all cost.
