    The building is great- Shes an old classic Los Angeles original. That being said, management here quit last year and they havent found anyone interested in filling the position. Whoever they have right now as a temporary is awfully rude and they dont care. I dont ask for much, but when I do its like pulling teeth! Dont tell them your apartment is infested with cockroaches, because it will take weeks for someone to come through and when they do, for some reason cockroaches get worse. Ive had several neighbors specifically move away because of this issue. This elevator has not been serviced in over two years, and its been malfunctioning for the last few months- I went over to leasing office across the street at Barclay on my work break.. and the leasing agent there, on her cell phone, cared less- told me I HAD TO WAIT to talk to someone else, as she seemed to busy on her cell phone. Front gate dont work- used to but now it dont- and same homegirl at the desk does not give a single crap.

    Julie has no sense of interpersonal skills......communication is lagged and YOU have to follow up with her/ leasing company to get any kind of updates or confirmation on if your documents were ever received . Immediately started looking elsewhere and found my dream apartment with a management team that understands time and quality

    I have this building for almost a year. And its quiet and peaceful. The management gets things repaired right away. You pay extra 160 for parking across the street but trust me its worth it.
