Good emenities but small space for high rent, hot tube sometimes doesn't work, sink in bathroom often gets backed up.
Overall I've had a good experience as a tenant. The grounds are usually clean and the management is responsive. Also the pool and gym are a plus with views of downtown. The only downside is they did not do a good job of reducing noise from the apartments directly above you, which at times can be frustrating. If you can get past that factor, then it's a great place to live.
I attribute my "excellent" rating to having a very attentive landlord who cares about the property and the tenants. That is what makes living here so amazing.
The management is the best I've ever experienced. They listen to any concerns, take care of problems momentarily if they occur.
The location is great, if you have a job downtown LA.
Overall the facilities are modern, nice and neat!
The building is maintained beautifully. I love my location and having a pool.
