Amanda Wolf should not be in the hospitality industry. Another new management staff here (a lot of turnover) that is so unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I went in to see her regarding an issue she had about our parking spaces - she reached out to me. When I walked in to talk w/her, she made it clear that she didnt have time for me stating she was busy working on a time sensitive issue. Once she realized that I was responding to her email, she tells me to sit down and said I guess I can talk w/you since you did walk over to see me.
When I moved in two years ago, the management staff was awesome. Its really gone down hill - too bad because its a great location.
Already falling apart - less than two years old. This building was once a wow. Now it's like a shell of what it once was. Staff is different every month. No one cares if you have an issue. Interior finishes are very cheap. The reviews for this building are more for the area. The area is nice. This building could use a ton of work.
Really wish they would send me the $4,000 they owe me after moving out. My deposit + the move-in concession that was never posted to my account. Concession is 1.5 years late...beginning to think I should charge interest - or at least subject them to the same terms as they do to residents who pay rent late $50-150/month penalty? First requested 5 weeks ago and have been following up every week. Last I heard was the "check is in the mail". Now ghosting...any lawyers reading this? I just really wish I could move on with my life, Runway!
Silver lining: we do miss the location with running trails and being so close to restaurants, Starbucks, and Whole Foods. Playa Vista is a great community - but would live at in The Villas if I were you.
It is my understanding with Runway it was desired to make and have it appear to be a small town environment. That has certainly been achieved. It is a delightful place to live.
Poor quality build. Horrible management
