    Nice building and floor plans. Main issue I have is the manager Jaimie. Front desk told me she denied my cousins entry multiple times. There is an app for G12 that has authorized entrants, ive had my cousins on there since moving in, so this makes no sense! On top of that my fob stopped working many times, its not very fair to pay $50 each time if I keep getting a bad fob from management. Not sure how this manager is getting away with all this. Never had these issues at other buildings ive lived in.

    Regret moving here. Fobs are constantly being dis connected, my personal guests are denied entry multiple times even though there on the list. Jamie is a big hassle to deal with. Ill be moving out ASAP.How

    We have come from Europe many years back. Lived in 2 other buildings in downtown LA. Before we signed lease Jamie (manager) was nice and accommodating. After lease start date she turned into another person. She became very rude. 2 weeks after receiving initial fob, we were away for the weekend and gave some close friends our fob, they were also on the "authorized" list on app to approve entry into apartment. So we asked our friends to enter our unit because we forgot to turn off AC unit. To our surprise, our friends stated fob was not working. So then I rang front desk to allow them entry and it was denied by Jamie. I was told we needed to pay $50 cashiers check only. I advised the gentleman we were out of town and needed to have AC turned off, and I have friends on the authorized list, however, I was told Jamie stated only I could get fob changed and our friends were not allowed entry into building! This was preposterous! Many neighbors have experienced much difficulty regarding fob with this manager.

    The building itself has decent amenities but the management is worst ive seen living in several different locations downtown. I was given a fob that dis connected 3 days later and had to pay $50 for a replacement! Im currently out of town and my fob dis connected again. I had allowed my cousin to stay at my place while im gone and asked management to have her get a new fob and the manager is not allowing it! Every other building ive stayed at downtown has allowed my guests to get fob on my behalf as long as I authorize it. Now my cousin is forced to rent a place with money she doesn't have! Several neighbors have complained about the same thing, fobs are constantly dis connected and everyone is forced to pay $50 repeatedly. Ive been told the manager named Jamie is the one implementing this rule, and shes been very difficult to deal with. Seems to all us neighbors they are intentionally dis connecting fobs. Do not move here if this manager Jamie is still around!

    Do not move here. Its the worst management team to deal with. They will refuse access to your unit with friends, they will tow your car without any notice. They are extremely rude, especially the manager Jamie herself.
