Paper thin walls. Theyre selling a mediocre apartment for luxury and the justification is the gym, pool, theater, and clubhouse. They charge for theater and clubhouse use. Gym is decent but pools were never filled.
The staff in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. However the property management still needs some improve... If we can keep everywhere else as clean and fragrant as the Upper level area, it would be great. The interior looks is just not as
Only issue was that people were always damaging doors so it wasn't always a secure building. Had my car broken into once as a result. Loved the maintenance and office staff!
Incompetent corporate culture. Manager and office staff are inept and lack follow through. The office is all about sales, that is obvious, once you move in they are less than helpful. Maintenance requests and office inquiries take five times longer than they should. They need a new management that cares about their tenants. Also, new residents that care about their neighbors, who aren't selfish and care about their community.
