If you are looking for a place to call home with a great staff that takes pride in their building and really cares for the tenants then this is the place for you!
Nicely remodeled units/building and a great location!
If you like living with AirB&B people everywhere (think fat European men in speedos in the hot tub) then this is the place for you!
Management gives lots of "warnings" about not allowing them but never does anything. We're not renewing our lease because of this.
Seems that you are focused on the wrong things. Why would you add overnight security before actually securing our building? Why would you provide a dry cleaning butler box, before offering a more secure package delivery system?
Do not live here!! Management does not care about you or your wellbeing / safety and will never respond to emails.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
