I really love living at this building. It's an amazing location close to DTLA and Hollywood. Some cute little bars and cafes to walk to. Everyone has a super cute dog (including me!) so that's fun. There are always building hosted events. The staff seems to really care and management is personable and responds ASAP. My layout is super cute. Also, it's super clean and I haven't seen any pest issues or anything which has been my biggest nightmare in the past. Thank you 333B for creating a community.
This building is extremely cool. A bit strict about cleaning up after your pet but the result is an always clean building. The on-site manager answers my emails and texts same day and the maintenance is pretty quick to repair the minor issues we've had. The views are INSANE. I'd definitely recommend to someone looking to enjoy a quiet, east side lifestyle.
Building is privately owned and the issues seem to come from that. The Property management presses based on what the owners wants are, not what is legal. $200 per dog DNA fee instead of monitoring what dogs and owners werent cleaning up after themselves. On property manager is ok, but seems to lack experience in handling issues. For this being a new building, there are a lot of cheap fixtures which cause everything to wear quickly. The counters take on stains and are only really cleanable with straight bleach for example. There were some noise issues and the company suggested (via email) that residents not call management, but rather LAPD?
The residents are nice and the building is quiet. The views and amenities do not make up for the lack of management
This place is not secure. You may have a sense of security but be careful. There have been brake ins already and if you look, it is very easy to breach many closed doors and I have the proof too.
This amazing property is under new management! I toured today and the amenities and staff are stellar. Free weights at the gym, dog run, wifi throughout, rooftop deck with 360 views of LA (downtown, valley, Hollywood sign!, jacuzzi, laundry in unit, tons of floor plans- my god there's too much to list! My roommates situation fell through, so once i get that back in line I WILL be back. This place is new construction with so much to offer and waaaay too good to pass up
