It's rare for a trade school to enjoy and celebrate a storied tradition, but Los Angeles Trade Technical College may be the exception. Beginning in 1925 as the Frank Wiggins Trade School, the college has educated several generations of students while becoming a member of the Los Angeles Community College District. By offering a programs in a variety of fields, LATTC has widened its appeal, and produced graduates such as Jeffrey Sebelia, who one Project Runway Season 3, and the clothing designer Rick Owens.
