Overall experience is good. I wish i have stayed here more. The leasing office staff are good.Only suggestion i have is to provide better competative rates for lease extensions. My monthly rent was increased like 20% than normal. But a new lease has the same price as normal.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and glad your had a good experience living here. As far as renewal rates we try to be as conservative as possible; however, with costs of services and utilities increasing rents must be increased to continue providing the optimal community you have grown accustomed to. With each renewal offer there is a discounted rate built into the offer so that our residents who stay with us are not paying more then any new resident moving in is paying. Please keep us in mind in the future.

definately have seen an upgrade since the generation. however, the walls are very thin and neighbors are loud during quiet hours (past 10 pm). Also had more than one incidence of a person peeping through our windows

Thank you for taking the time to give us this review. We also like to thank you for choosing Beverly as your new home. If there are any noise complaints please feel free to call our 24 hour security services, they are here to take care of the property while we are out of the office. They report to us every morning and let us know of any incident that occurs the night before. Yes, as a precaution we always tell residents to close their blinds when its gets dark, our apartment homes have really large beautiful windows and it is easy to look into. Great tip, close those blinds! Please let us know if you have any other issues we can take care of 562-498-4032

Beverly plaza is where I lived and Ive slways been happy there, the landscape is beautiful, u have your garage parking, the apartments Its self are very huge and they have a lot of Floor plans to offer. Over all I would definitely recommend living here because it also is near a grocery store and tons of other stores walking distance
