You can put in as many maintenance requests as you want and they will help with nothing. My friends AC at Beverly plaza was broken for 2 months in the middle of a summer heat wave before anyone bothered to fix it. Also- when I moved in apartment was missing many different things. Also- office staff is very rude. I know this is a popular opinion.
The maintenance could be better. It can take weeks to get something fixed.
Really noisy place and high deduction of fees when moving out .
