Impossible to get things fixed- maintenance ignores problems. Garage broken for 2 yrs, never fixed, despite my efforts. Everything in the place was always breaking, and pipes always leaking (Apt flooded twice). Apt smelled of mildew constantly because of all the accrued water damage. Office staff very unhelpful & generally seem uninformed about their duties. Rent skyrockets every year, even though quality of facilities/service go down. Parking situation impossible. Noise control is ridiculous.
I think maintenance is by far the worst thing about this complex. They take anywhere fRon 1 week to 3 months to make repairs.
the management did a walk through this year and I'm not sure what the purpose was because there are areas in the apt that need attention, i.e. sinks, countertops, shower.
Cleaning manage and quick response for asking
Due to the age of the complex & lack of attention to detail/quick turn-around, I have made many calls to the office re: maintenance issues (i.e.: cracked shower, leaking water from ceiling/sink, broken knobs providing only scorching hot water). Though I would have liked to avoid these calls, I must say the issues were all handled. However, there was a time I had to flag down a maintenance person myself when the ceiling was leaking & the office personnel didnï¿½ï¿½??t respond in a timely manner.
