Do not move here not worth all the money they charge, the accountant loves evicting families out every month. Your charged a 200.00 late if your Trent is paid on the 4th 3day notice by the 6th eviction procedures by the 9th, They have zero understanding with their tenants.

I asked if there were any bug issues before moving in and they told me no. I moved into the unit and ended up killing over 20 roaches a day not to mention the rat that chewed through the wall. They had to spray my apartment and those around me 2 times before I saw results. I had my motorcycle stolen from behind the gated access fence along with my car licences plate shortly after. I can hear my neighbors dogs all the time and when they flush or shower I can hear that as well. It's not worth the $2035.00 I paid for a 2B/2B unit.
