The management is very good about communicating and fixing problems as they occur.
However, the rent rises considerably each year.
My rent will rise $95 above the current rate in 2018.
Because the apartment its self it nice very roomy but the parking it horrible I have got ny car impounded like 4 times that 290 each time. I hate it. Its going to be the reason I move after my leaee up. Who wants to wake up for work to walk out in there car is way in Los Alamitos
Over all my stay has been good, however, i have complained that there are cats on the property getting on top of my new car scratching my car. have have asked if notices can be sent out regarding this to have residents tame their cats. it was told to me nothing can be done. I am unsatisfied with that response
I have lived here for 3 years and the quality of the apartments and the people living in them has declined. I also lived here 6 years ago for 1 year and it was a much nicer then (newer/upgraded). I don't know why they call it luxury living when there are no amenities: no pool, no gym, no gated parking, and no guest parking. The only saving grace is the manager Suzy who is overworked, but is always kind, responsive, and appears to work hard.
I feel like the walls and floors are too thin because I can hear everything (and I mean everything) that is going on next door and above me. I think guest parking is horrible. There is rarely any parking on Castana Street and people sometimes have to park blocks away. The on-site management is excellent and always very helpful. I love the area in which the building is located because it's so close to everything
