What Renters Like and Dislike About Lake San Marcos

Nothing unique about my gated community. It is not walking distance to shopping, but is to a light rail line.

I love the area. It is super safe and beautiful. I am blessed to live here lots of families. We like himing.

The neighbors are friendly but not nosey. We feel safe here. We have nice views of the foothills. It's very dog friendly.

It's quiet, people ate helpful, grocery store and drug store and fast foods nearby. Banks nearby. Right next to the freeway.

Most of the neighborhood residents are friendly and considerate. There is also a wide selection of satisfactory dining and shopping establishments in the area.

Grocery stores are nearby, lots of parks, walking distance to schools and lots of community activities.
