a beautiful place to live with a beautiful sculptured grounds. The office staff has been really welcoming and helpful. I had requests that were taken care of by office staff and the maintenance crew in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied living here at FountainGlen Apartments in Laguna Niguel.

Beautiful community that accepts dogs, wonderful daily programs to keep active, close to shopping and all stores and restaurants, all residents are so super friendly and nice. I am alone now and I didn't think I could have a beautiful life in a great place with so many nice nice people. I love it here.,

Location is safe and beautiful. The staff and maintenance are caring and take care of services on timely manner.

I feel like they're cutting corners but at the same time they're doing a lot of improvements that don't make the place better'' or even make it worse. The balcony floors are definitely worse than before; the textured surface makes them impossible to sweep clean and it's uncomfortable for bare feet. The floors of the stairway landings are already peeling despite being painted last October. The new wall hangings in the corridors don't work at all. Meanwhile, rents are going way up to pay for this stuff. The one improvement that really was an improvement is the fresh paint and carpet in the corridors.
