      Overall, a nice property. Several improvement projects were greatly mismanaged, but I just "lived" with it. BUT after three years residency and leaving a spotless apartment upon vacating, eaves La Mesa charged me nearly $200 in carpet "damage" that was non-existent. As proof of the need to "repair" the carpet, they sent me an invoice from their supplier for a FULL carpet replacement that was dated four days BEFORE I transferred possession: They did not do their first inspection until AFTER I vacated. Beware. Take pictures and video when you move out.

      Angie was great to work with. She was very patient and professional as we dealt with uncertainties regarding our lease length. Apartment is clean and move in ready. We couldnt ask for a better outcome.

      This is an excellent apartment community, close to work, resteraunts, shopping etc. High class with all the amenities needed and they love DOGS!
