These apartments have been getting worse and worse. There is a pervert that sits at the pool all day and says provocative things to women. You dont even feel comfortable doing your laundry or swimming because hes always watching. Theres people sleeping in the hallways. Rats and roaches on the 1st & 2nd floor. The trolley is loud and you arent able to hear your tv. The ac is set up in the kitchen behind the bar wall which makes no sense. The cleaning lady stays in the pool area, she is rude and doesnt clean up anything else . We call her the pool lady. The maintenance man is also rude. He doesnt fix anything, it takes weeks to get your work order acknowledged. They literally let anyone move in. Weve had crazy girlfriends banging on our walls and door in the middle of the night. We tried to get in contact with the management so many times but they never answer. They dont return calls or emails. This place is poorly run. The laundry room has been closed for about 6 months now. I cannot wait to move out.

Great, nice size apartment. I moved in back in August last year and everything in my apartment was remodeled. The grounds are well taken care of and the mangers are very friendly and professional. I love that they are very pet friendly too. La Mesa is a awesome neighborhood to live in. I would recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I certainly was attracted to the floor plan, garage available,location, just from the online photos; howver when I called and found they do not accept section 8 voucher from San Diego Housing Commission, then my income of $932. per month does not qualify as a tenant. I am a former property manager and make an excellent tanant.
