Daisy is awesome. I do wish the gym was opened til later and a hot tub would make this place much better.
Friendly office staff, great neighbors, always clean, fast maintenance man . Overall a great place to live next to trolley an not expensive rent!!!!
It has a fitness center which helps me save money, because I don't have to pay a gym membership anymore. Then parking is outstanding, I park right outside of where I live. The trolley is walking distance so I don't have to waste gas driving to downtown. Has a little park area where I can also bbq's as well. A pool for when it's a hot in summer. I don't know what's not to love about these apartments.
Our apartment is roomy, the street feels safe, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is close to the freeways. The staff of Park Grossmont is cordial. The price is comparatively modest. The big trees that line the street give it personality. Our kitchen and dining room flooring is classy. We made a smart choice to come here.
I like living here the service staff fixes problems quickly.
