This place is what it is.
It is here to make money.
And that is all.
Love my neighbors!
And these apts will accept pets.
That is why i am still here.
It's a great starter apt for a small teenager.
I am 5'5", 130.
I bang my head on the shower head, cuz it is low & poor water pressure means i gotta be right under it.
my kitchen sink is unusable, it dribbles at best. I wash dishes in the bathtub.
Bathroom sink is tiny and dribbles too.
Furnished with paper mache. Everything is too small, too cheap, breaks easy. If you have standards don't rent here. If you travel alot, don't care much about how your home is, or just can't afford better, it may help.
This place must be making someone a furtune, and it is what it is. Don't expect anything more. The office is semi-available, cares little, except for collecting your money. But Alvista might give you a chance to stay in the SD area if you have a pet and can only afford $1400 a month.
It is what it is
