I like the many activities the apartment hosts and it seems as though the staff cares.

I'm overall satisfied with the complex. Some issues I've had include pest control and management. I'm told the complex is sprayed for bugs weekly but I still find roaches frequently enough for it to be a serious problem. There are two managers here who will give conflicting answers to the same question. One told me straight that if I smoke I'm not allowed to move in while the other said just no smoking on site. The difference between those two answers is of great importance.
