        No one ever returned my calls, so I personally drove out there from Huntington Beach and buzzed but never got an answer, I'm really interested, it's sad I can't get a hold of anyone.

        It was terrible. They werent there and didnt answer my call. Door closed. I will move on. It was a waste of my time

        The inside of the apartments are aesthetically beautiful, however the running hot water is not what is expected, they have to plush out the old boilers every couple months to get warm water, do not expect to get steam, forget about using the dishwasher because the water doesn't get hot enough to clean the dishes. The outside of the building has been the same probably since 1960, it's old, tired and dreary. The hallways have been torn apart or worked on for over a year with no sign of progress. If you have choices and time look around, don't move here, trust me.

        Its very expensive for the small spaces I have. I've had so many plumbing issues both in the bathroom and kitchen.
