This is one of the older communities in the area, they try to keep the place nice but the benefits of why I moved here are gone. I can not recommand the place if you are looking for a quite and relaxed home. The new leasing office staff is focusing on new residents and profits. Many people go a rent imcrease of double digits and they even try 30% and more. Many party people have moved in and share the apartment. The walls to the hallway are thin and it got very noisy lately. There is a huge mail theft problem and not much is done. My friends in the area in other apartment complexes have no problem with that but MSV is not getting it under contol. Could be because the main gate is not a real gate, everybody gets in so easy. When you order pizza, the delivery person will ring your door bell without calling or asking how to get in. That might be convinient when you want pizza but safey is not a priority. Parking is not as bad as others have explained, at least for me. I have lived in other places which had been worse.

I'm not recommending this apartment community at all. The parking situation is awful and for a two bedroom apartment you get only one permit and if you park in LEV/DEV or leasing area, they'll tow your car in your own living community. My car got towed in LEV/DEV (I had permit but forgot to hang it) and I had to pay the charge to take out my car from towing company. The service is really disappointing too, I had a request to unclogged my bathroom drain pipe and after a week no one showed up and I had to call again and again! The gym is dirty and the A/C doesn't work most of the times. With this price there are too many options around this area to look for a new apartment and better community.

The leasing staff were very helpful. For the size of the complex, it is surprisingly quiet at all hours. Excellent amenities feels like living at a resort. It is close to freeway access and close to my work. The central parking structure keeps all cars out of sight - no unsightly carports. The monthly lease is reasonable for what you get, but possibly a little more expensive than other area apartment complexes, and so tends to attract young professionals and less small children.

The complex and the apartment itself are both real nice. The leasing staff is generally very nice & friendly. However, we feel that we can never go on our patio because of the lack of privacy and we can't keep our windows/doors open because of the constant noise in our area. The fire alarms drive us crazy and our smoke detector needs someone to replace it every 3 months. They claim its the battery but it isn't.We replace them all the time but the noise is almost always when I'm trying to sleep.
