What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Irvine

One of my favorite local businesses is tea my route and Albertson's and also Starbucks Bank of America. Yeah that's it about what I like I like I like to go with my friends and family on a walk off on the trail that my community has

Lots of shopping and decent restaurants. Lots of nice bike baths to get a walk or ride in. Many ethnic stores to find unique flavors.

It is family friendly. Lot of restaurants nearby and they are easy to visit. The schools are one of the best in the nation which sets it apart from the rest of the world.

Irvine is a family-centric city with no freestanding bars. Bats must be a part of a restaurant. Our favorite place to hang out is the Spectrum.

What is unique is its diverse, Wholesome Choice is a good grocery that accomodates Persian and other cultures

It's quiet. Low crime. Excellent schools. Lots of bike trails. A huge mixture of excellent restaurants and is freeway accessible
