What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Indio

Within a 10 mile radius, a resident can find all needs to maintain health, shopping , specialty products, home improvement, dining. I've not needed to go further to live my life the past 20 years I've resided in this area and without a car . Government based business and Superior Court buildings, all within walking distance. Community events are within distance and also world famous music festivals.

It has been here for around 45 years and a lot of children grew up here otherwise it is apretyy good neighborhood.

I like the restaurant in our community very much. It's a very elegant place. The steak is the best. Our family often go there to relax after work

Some things that make it unique is that there a corner store near by and also past the corner store is Walmart, McDonald's, wing stop, taco Bell, etc.

the homes are well built and are mostly families and many of my area know each other. well lit as well

There are no bars movie theaters or things like that I don't go out and eat much maybe once a month I am a homebody
