What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Granite Bay

There really isnt anything unique in our neighborhood. There's history in our area but I fee like there's nothing special anymore. Its overpopulated.

I like that I can walk just a few blocks and be at a park, or downtown to shop and explore. There are grocery stores just up the road, movie theater, bowling. Plenty of family fun and eats!

Love the outdoor stuff an how green an beautiful it is here. an perfect summer's always sunny. The people here r extremely nice an friendly.

My neighbor upstairs and a few in my complex are good people, we have a decent park for the kids to play at most times
