      Terrible management - terrible amenities - infested with cockroaches and silver fish! Poorly designed building - apartment always smells likes your neighbors cooking!

      BE AWARE!!!!! WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX IN GLENDALE. I am so glad that I recently moved out because since the beginning this place was horrible. I dont even know where to start from because everything from the management to the cleaning its awful. Overpriced cheap smelly apartments, cheap appliances, carpets, cabinets, bathtubs etc I didnt had chance to check apartment before renting it out because I was moving back to Glendale from another state. Had I seen it in person I would never ever rent from the brand. Only good thing about this place its location, convenient access to shopping and restaurants. This apartment complex offer amenities that doesnt exist - coffee machine its always broken, a lot of machines in gym are broken, rooftop deck full of dog excrements and pee smell. Even they vacuum corridors every day its constant smell in corridors. A lot of insects than come to the apartment from corridor or from the windows/balcony doors. Pool its so small that its just for dipping not for swimming. Jacuzzi is really cold. Missing towels and cleaning wipes in gym its a norm for the BRAND. Filtered water for 5 months indicate with red thats mean filter has to be replaced. This was addressed few times to the BRAND manager but nothing was done. Cheap materials in apartments - specially floors and carpets. Dont take unit facing the yard you will not get any sunshine. But worse part of this building its management that is rude, unprofessional and always changing. We had issue with German Sheppard dog that is not even allowed to be in our complex and this dog always did a poop in corridors even in front of other residents. Owner never picked it up after his dog even many times it was in our corridors, close to elevator. We complained many times and they promised to fine him and evict because he brought the dog that are not even allowed to be here. This dog constantly was jumping on kids and residents that complained. In fact be prepared dont receive deposit
