Overprice apartments. parking is terrible, neighbors with dogs wont pick up their pet mess.

They have great policies but rarely enforced. Kids run around unsupervised and break amenities because their is no on-site security patrol. Lots of animals barking inside and outside of apartments at all hours of the day and night. Many residents treat the residence as just that, somewhere to live, as such they don't even try to pick up after themselves. So, if you are in the least bit irritated by rude, crass, and inconsiderate people. Don't move here. It's too noisy.

I'm living there with my family,we loved the apartment. The price is little bit high, but in returned the provide clean facility, gym and pool. If you have issue in your apartment regarding Maintenance, the maintenance service is little bit slow. We have to go and remind 2-3 to manager, but thats fine I understand only 1 maintenance guy working for so many units. Thats why I will give 4 and half out of 5.

It is visually appealing living at Solara. Unfortunately many of the tenants bring down the true potential this apartment complex offers.
