The person at the manager's apartment said there were no vacancies and that there are rarely vacancies. It looks like many of the residents are settled in based on the amount of plants and other personal items on the balconies and patios. The residents I spoke to were friendly, pleasant and helpful. It seems kid, pet, and family friendly. The property is located near 3 major highways, 5, 495, and 22. There is covered parking (garages) but street parking is crowded. The lower level windows have bars. The parking area is gated, but you can walk into the entrance as the gate was open. The property condition is fair. It is close to retail and other commercial properties.
