Not a gated property-gates are broken 90% of the time. Pools are community pools for the adjacent neighborhood kids and families. Office staff are really nice and very helpful and are trying to improve the property; however, it appears residents are fighting them every step of the way. Trash is everywhere on the property overflowing the dumpsters, in the ponds, all over the grass and parking lots. Units have obviously been abused even after renovated to attempt to cover it up with paint and caulk.

A lot of trash around the ground and trash cans. Mouse traps everywhere. Pools shut down with no notice and keys changed on pools without new keys given out same thing with keys to get in and out of complex. Manager staff hard to reach after hours. Hard to get any thing fixed."
