We are pleased to call Pathfinder Village our home and our apartment was brand new at move-in since we we are the first residents to live in our apartment since they renovated it. The wood tiles on the floor are very nice and is much better than carpet since it will be an easier process at move-out. We got a great deal moving in and the application process was very simple. So far everyone is very friendly around the community. The only down side is that we have to pay for a parking spot, but at least it is rather close to our apartment. I also like how close we are to everything as far as stores and restaurants. As far as pests, I have only seen a couple dead spiders, which is of course normal to see spiders, but other than that, haven't seen anything out of the ordinary. Prior to move-in, I searched for multiple apartments and have seen multiple as well and this apartment is by far the most clean and it seems like the maintenance did a good job. As far as pricing, it is comfortable, but not too expensive and is around the price of other apartments in the area. But I would say the rent is $100 cheaper than most of the nicer apartments in the area. So far so good and we look forward to spending a long time here.
Pathfinder Village Apartment is an excellent community. I moved in about a week ago and I couldn't be happier. The leasing office staff and property manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The property is very clean and well lit in the evenings. I feel safe, secure and at peace. The rent is comparable to other apartments, but I feel the attitude of the staff and the upgraded apartments make Pathfinder second-to-none.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
