This place is a terrible place to live. I have been there for 2 years and they have been through 3 managers. The one that is here now hurashes you if you complain about anything. Housekeeping uses the same dirty water to mop the floors. There is always dog and human urine in the hallways all the time. People that they are renting to are over 70 and under 55 and the dogs that live here are over 30 lbs and most of the time no one picks up the poop poop and you end up stepping on it all the time. The rent went up to $2100.00 for a studio plus you pay for all the utilities from the property totaling anywhere from $50.00 to &70.00s a month not including your rent. When l moved here l was paying $1700.00 in just 2 years now l am paying $2100.00. Lots of people moving out.

I toured the complex with my mom and I started an application for a waiting list for one type of unit but needed to change it to a larger unit however their system won't let me start a new one or change the current one so I have been stuck and unable to finish. I have called multiple times, left messages both with a person and in voicemail, and emailed with no response from them to assist. I am extremely disappointed and with the lack of response, it concerns me that this is how the facility is managed as well.

While the property landscape is very nice there are a lot of problems here. The staff is rude and unresponsive, the apartments are very pricey for what you get, but worse of all is the parking situation. There is not enough parking for the residents and the property managers do not seem to care. I can't imagine why anyone would want to live here.
