My husband and I lived here 10 years and it was a wonderful experience. Very sad to leave, but it became very unaffordable for us.

It was better when we first moved in, but it became more and more noisy. It was very difficult to find anyone in the office during office hours.

Rent goes up dramatically every year. For us it went from 1050 to 1275 within 2 years. December 2016 thru the end of January 2017 was spent without hot water (broken water heater), if you asked for an update all you got was a "there working on it". Once the new heater was finally installed the water pressure was about at half of what it was originally. Then they only credit us 45 dollars for the inconvenience. Apart from this incident the gate is broken 75% of the time. Your car will probably get broken into at some point (3 times for me in less than 2 years), "management" is a joke as she always giving the same answer "they're working on it" "i know what you're going through"(she doesn't live on site nor do the other workers so they really don't), and my favorite "there's nothing I can do, you have to call corporate". Corporate is a receptionist who asks what complex you're calling about and directs your call right back to the useless management on site. If you're looking for something short term 6 months or so and on a budget then this maybe for you just don't expect much (except roaches, ALOT of roaches). If you can afford something better do yourself a favor and do it. Boiling water for 2 months to shower isn't something i'd wish upon my worse enemy. FYI and apartment you see they will tell you "This apartment was just renovated when the last person moved out, you're the first one getting an apartment this "nice". Lastly they have a yearly inspection, they say there only looking to make sure it isn't being over occupied or trashed but we had my sister in law come over to have someone there (they go in even if you aren't home and break the lock if you change it) and she said she literally had to shut doors and cabinets on them because they were trying to look through everything.
