The staff is very nice and attentive and always available when needed unlike other apartments (Waterford) where the phone goes to voicemail most of the time. They are quick to deal with any problems that arise. They know their tenants by name. The community is very friendly. The enclosed off leash doggie area is a huge plus!

I have left reasons for my feelings on another page. The continuing rise in rental fees along with the expansion of my ground floor yard, removing trees, building a balcony structure which is bare and unfinished on the underside and leaving my yard with exposed tree roots and weeds growing everywhere. Since leasing this apartment years ago, I have paid a premium for having a fenced yard. It had a bark covering when I moved in and I have kept it weed free and maintained for the years I have occupied the apartment. Now, I am left with a 1,000 Sq. Ft.+ area with a large weed growth. I have been informed by management that the bark that was removed for new construction will NOT be replaced plus I now have a much larger area to maintain. I have also been told by management that I am responsible for all the new weed growth and maintenance of the expanded yard. MY REASONABLE EXPECTATION IS THAT THE YARD SHOULD BE COVERED WITH A WEED BARRIER AND NEW BARK INSTALLED. They have had months to accomplish this and refuse to finish it. The owners of the property have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars expanding, remodeling and landscaping the perimeter of the property. However, very little and in some places nothing at all has been done to beautify the interior areas where residents actually live. All this to attract new residents and increase rental fees. I think "new residents" should be made aware of what to expect beyond the superficial facades to the exterior of the complex.
