I would rate this higher if there wasn't always something or some notice that had to be dealt with. Since the time I've moved in there are constant notices that are inconveniences with no compensation. Frist the parking lots were redone and parking was a mess for over a month. Then the patios (which is why I choose this location over another) are being redone for months during the most beautiful weather that we get. We have little to no security and no gates. Chelle is amazing but others are not
Service is excellent, for say example if I create a service request it was taken care in couple of hours
The response to any issues we have is really quick and effective till now!
I've had a great experience living here at The Falls at Willow Creek. Management and maintenance are very prompt with any issues that I've had. The only issue I have really had is with guest parking in my assigned spot and when I call for report the issue it has taken a while for the security to come.
We moved into the Falls 8 months ago after being homeowners for decades. We were very reluctant, but our house sold quickly, so we decided to move into an apartment until we figured out what we want to do long term. We are pleasantly surprised! Our apartment is spacious; the staff is attentive and accommodating, location is perfect, grounds are well kept. Bonus: we received a $500 rent credit for being minimally inconvenienced by exterior work (totally unexpected). A+ apartment living.
