Love how well-managed and maintained it is. I always receive maintenance response the day I call, and they fix the problem right away. Staff is very professional and friendly. Also easily the most affordable apartments and best location in folsom.

Im as a travel nurse during this pandemic so Brenda has done a fantastic job helping me prepare for my move! I couldnt have done it without her . She has been there for me every step of the way!!!! Thank you Brenda!!!!

Look elsewhere. This is hands down the worst complex I ever lived at. We had to file constant noise complains and people were constantly smoking on their balconies even though we complained several times. This would normally be a 3 star review since it was definitely livable and not the end of the world. However, this complex gets a 1 star review and I would recommend that nobody looks further at this complex for one big reason. Saying that the office staff is incompetent is an understatement. Since we moved out over a year ago we are still trying to get our deposit back (which even they acknowledge they owe us). The main issue is my brother who was only a roommate and paid no rent has to be on the check. However, I live in a different state than him. They refuse to take his name off the check for any reason even though both him and I have requested it. The deposit was 100% paid by me and nobody else. However, they refuse to make the deposit check out in any form other than "AND" instead of "OR". Trust me, stay away from this place they have a ton of negative reviews for a reason.

Looks nice, in Folsom, but the good parts stop there. We have lived here for 9 months and to say it has been disappointing is an understatement between the maintenance of the apartments and the management. I thought moving to a nicer area, and paying double the rent, would make a difference but I was mistaken. 1. After moving in to a newly remodeled unit we noticed water damage on both sides of the tub enclosure that was bubbling up the paint because they just painted over existing water damage. We asked for it to be fixed so it would not create mold but it was denied by the maintenance guy who showed up. (Great start that they dont care about fixing water damage and it still smells musty if the door is shut for more than 10 minutes) 2. Also 3 months after moving in the AC unit had a Strong mold smell coming from it and made the whole apartment stink when it would turn on. The maintenance guy told us to submit another work order in a week because he knew it wouldnt work but that the management would not actually service the units until there was multiple complaints. He was right and it took over a Month for them to come back and fix it! Over a month we lived in, and paid for, an expensive apartment that smelled disgusting! There are a lot more examples but 2000 character max. Check other review places! I will say it is a very nice looking complex, but it has been an extreme let down due to the management and cost quite a bit more than just the expensive rent.
