I know a lot of these reviews are negative but they have changed a lot in the past year! None of these reviews are preset reviews. Their are grass areas for you to take your dog to the bathroom. Our deposit was reasonable and based on your credit score ( I hate that apartments do this and its most apartments not just this one) so the higher the score the lower the deposit. We are on the first floor and our neighbors are nice and always ask if we can hear and if we can they quiet down. We havent moved out yet so I dont know if that will be an issue but so far they have been really great! Ill post another review when we move out of edit this one if we have issues. If we dont have issues then I wont post anything.
I wish I didnt give a star but instead a thumbs down. When you move in everything is fine, it's when you MOVE OUT when things blow up. We just recently moved out in March of 2018 after living there for 3 years, and in those three years our rent has been raised anywhere from 50-100$. Also, if you are a downstairs resident and you have people upstairs above you who don't throw out trash but instead shove it down the disposal, expect for your sink to be clogged up and overflow with dirty contaminated water. Also, when appliances go out DO NOT expect them to replace it but instead repair it unprofessionally just for them to go out again. Aside from the many complaints I have, I asked for a pre-inspection of the apartment so that I could make the necessary repairs to get back the deposit. I even asked the front office manager to write down what she they didn't consider normal wear n year (although she didn't even know herself what they considered to be normal wear n tear.) Upon inspection, she wrote down everything that needed to be amended and then when asked about after the repairs are made if that means the deposit will be refunded in the whole amount, she said yes. She even told me that the place looked great. Then when final inspection came, everything that was written down had been repaired and I had receipts of the carpet being professionally cleaned and of the items replaced she told me I had passed and gave me my copy of the inspection stating so. I asked about when I'll be receiving the check and she told me it can take up to 21 days but typically it'd be received within 6 days. I said great. Now today, April 5th 2018. I get a call from the same woman who did my inspection telling me she did her job wrong and that in fact I will be getting charged for the replacement of the carpet due to a stain. I tried to dispute it but she informed I now have to wait for the check to be sent for me to get the number to corporate. Absolutely ridiculous, when the agreement
-Property manager, office Staff and maintenance staff are GREAT! They always handle any issues promptly and professionally. -There are a lot of residents that simply, just do not follow the rules. -the laundry room should be upgraded with newer machines.
Compare to other apartments on the same area, our apartment is kinda pricy. However, i really love the customer service given by the apartment's office, especially when there are problems with the unit or compound.
My first apartment, and have had no issues with it. I love it and wouldn't move unless I really had to.
