What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fairfield

My neighborhood is only a 5-10 minute walk to a lot of fast food and restaurants. It's also right next to a school. My friends and family could easily go to shops and restaurants without having to drive a far distance

we live right by the air force base. we also have tons of small owned restaurants. we also have a jelly belly factory which a stable in our community

The diversity of the people as well as shops, restaurants and access to some great parks. It's well situated, equidistant to NYC as well as Long Island. An open mall was recently developed with a movie theatre that is great.

I like the fact that a local university is just down the street because I his neighborhood attends and supports their sports teams regularly. It feels like a community. It also isn't an overly large place so getting lost doesn't happen too often over here.

Something unique about my neighborhood is there's almost everything that you might want or need. Like resurants, transportations, parks, etc. The place I like going to with family and friends is to the ark or beach.

Location is good even though it has a lot of crime. I don't have a favorite business, shop or restaurant in this town unfortunately.
