I would not recommend living here. The rent always increases when you renew your lease. Management and Maintenance comes into the apt about once a year or so, knocks and quickly unlocks the door before you can even get up to unlock it. Plus a certain manager seems nosy too when inside. I put in my 30 days notice and breaking my lease and was nicely told "you have til the end of your 30 days to pay termination fee." Now 15 days later I get a threatening letter telling me I have 3 days to pay or there will be legal action taken. Plus make sure when you pay rent get a copy of your check as a receipt, cause sometimes
they wont cash it for a while and they'll send you a notice of not paying. I lived here for about 8 years, the old name was (Eagles Point). Maintenance guys, some managers and my neighbors are cool though.

This place is terrible . They change the prices of the apartments daily. Which makes no sense.

Parking is hard to come by if you own more then one vehicle. Rent is a little high for the area.
