What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Escondido

The thing I love about my neighborhood is it's farther away from town so it's quiet and private. I love that all my neighbors are also quiet and like a more low key life. There is lots of property and nature to walk and feel safe.

Diverse racial census is quite unique in my neighborhood. The close range of stores and restaurants to my neighborhood is a good thing. I enjoy going to the parks surrounding the neighborhood.

I love the walkability to restaurants and shops. There is a lot of hiking trails around as well, which is nice.

The price of the rent. That's it. It's a 15 to 30 min drive to places I want to be. But it's not somewhere I would want my kid to go to school.

We have a grocery store nearby and a park for recreation and enjoyment. I like my neighborhood a lot.

Convenient lots of stores easy to shop. Banks are close by, gym is also close by
