      A current resident; overall not a bad place to live, but over-priced for sure. Management has been remodeling every apt when someone leaves, they are trying to be a luxury apt complex, but are actually a mid-level complex with a nice shine. They are repairing and renovating everything, even the cracks in the driveway, hence the hi-prices. Watch what they list as options, add-ons, and add benefits, some options quickly become mandatory things you have to pay for, and some added benefits don't exsist, like a courtesy patrol, they even say in the lease they don't provide security, but they list it as a benefit, or resort pools that are actually middle size pools you'd see in anyone else's backyard. Management is kind and professional, but they will lie to you if it makes more money per month. Watch what you sign, be careful and don't trust the management. The optional online payment is considered mandatory from them, unless you are smart and tell them the law says they can't force you to sign up for an online payment program, which they have a service fee to use, which is also illegal. They will try to pull a fast one if they think you are dumb enough to believe them, watch out what you sign, starting prices quickly add up once they start adding mandatory benefits you have to pay for. Someone on a review said you get what you pay for, but management will try to drive up your rent at every chance, but they will do it with a smile.

      Nice apartment complex, well maintained, Awesome building managers and staff. Clean apartments and nice and helpful neighbors. Very solid screening of applicants. Helpful management and outstanding response to apartment needs.

      Nice Apartment complex, quiet and clean. Staff in the rental office are great and very helpful. They are careful in selecting their tenants and employ accurate measures.

      If you enjoy being lied to, taken advantage of, and ignored this place is for you! It wasnt till after we signed our Welcome Letter did Gavin and not Shy who helped us get the application started let us know that there was a $75 stainless steel appliance fee that was NOT included in rent. 1) who does that, apartments should come with them and trust me my new apartment does 2) Shy lied on my boyfriend and his mother and told me she told them about it when she 1,000% did not because thats something we would have remembered. After we found that out we withdrew our application because we determined this place was definitely not for us, we called multiple times during the week and received no answer. They finally called us back three days later and we let them no we no longer wanted to live there, they let us know the $200 deposit fee was non-refundable after 72 hrs but by the time management finally contacted us it had already been over 72 hours and they claimed there was nothing they could do. The practices they do here are completely unacceptable and I wouldnt recommend this place to friends, family, or really anyone for that matter. PLEASE DONT RENT HERE.

      Stonelake Apartments has a lot of areas to work on but in general it's a decent community. If I email the office or leave a message, no one replies. It is also a community that looks good from far away, however when you get up close you realize the counters (in my apartment at least) were not durable and seemed to be just peel & stick, as well as the cabinets. For the amount of the rent, I would've imagined even laminate counters would have been an affordable option. The feral cats and lack of resident pet clean up, we had to watch were we walked - on the sidewalks. It took a few crimes to take place for the night security to actually become more "visable" on the property. The pools are "year-round" but not heated and are not very clean. Maintenance however is wonderful. Great team that follows up. Landscape maintenance is a priority as well - grounds were always well kept.

      We sold our house so quickly and I have to search for an apartment to live while we were looking and building our new home. I have always passed by Stonelake apartments and I never thought I would ever move in here. Well, now I ve been here for 3 months and I can honestly say I like it here . I live by myself and I feel very safe even my car says so. People are friendly, Stonelake apartment has this big ,beautiful and very clean clubhouse that I find myself going there a lot when I am not at work. Staff there are very friendly, accomodating, I tell you, they are just plain wonderful. I am so glad I choose this place to call my home even just temporarily.
