We have local businesses in the neighborhood. I like local delis. It's easy to get around nearby. It's also usually quiet especially in the morning.

It is close to stores and schools. My favorite pizzeria is nearby. There is a park on the water close by.kids attended is nearby. I enjoy walking in my neighborhood.

I like to take a walk in the community park every day, meet friends for dinner at a nearby family restaurant on weekends, and occasionally go to a coffee shop for an afternoon

Well when you go outside you don't have to always look behind your shoulder. And also nobody ever bothers you.

I like that it has great views. I also like that the community is pet friendly. I also like how everyone keeps there yards looking nice .
