i was living their for 6 years with no problem , but once the new management took over every thing was going extremely bad that what made us to move and get out of there . like rent went up 35% in once and made us to pay for water and parking .very noesy place . roof was leaking all the time when rain start
Great location and nice people but too many snakes. I've made friends with many of my neighbors but seem to be the only one around with snakes in the ceiling.
Poor maintenance upholding a, raising $300 within a 30 days with no notice and forcing tenants to change their parking spots when they had it for a while.
For the area I think it is the best. Awesome pool super friendly people living there and the management really tries hard to make the community nice.
I gave Sunset Gardens an average rating because now it allows pets. When I first moved in, no pets were allowed, I am highly allergic to flea bites, so you can understand why I needed a no pets allowed place to live. Secondly, my rent jumped 300.00 at one time. That was a shocker!!!
